<br />Commissioner Fletcher wished to make a final comment.
<br />He informed those present that he has had discussions with
<br />Mr. Ballard re his efforts at the Hospital, and he
<br />personally had no problem whatsoever with Mr. Ballard's
<br />integrity, efforts or goals, but he did not believe that Mr.
<br />Ballard would be offended with the opinion of the public
<br />regarding his decision.
