Brandenburg REFERENCES: <br />County Attorney <br />The Board of County Commissio-Rers instructed this office to review <br />and monitor any litigation that pertains to the congressional <br />redistricting as it affects Indian River County. The Republican <br />Party of Indian River County has elected to file suit against the <br />State Legislature in an attempt to'determine the validity of the <br />districts as drawn. The ultimate object being to request the court <br />to require more equitable district lines.
