Mr. Davis interjected that when a petition for paving <br />is submitted, one representative on the block contacts the <br />others in the neighborhood. <br />Lengthy discussion ensued. <br />Ms. Monahan discussed her flooding problem and wanted <br />to have some type of guarantee that this would not occur <br />again. She stated that she was opposed to the paving <br />because there was no guarantee. <br />Commissioner Wodtke assured her that staff would do all <br />they could to address the drainage problem. <br />ON MOTION BY Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously <br />closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION BY Commissioner Fletcher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Resolution 82-73 providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 36th Avenue, <br />between 12th and 14th Streets; authorized the <br />signature of the Chairman; and approved the <br />Preliminary Assessment Roll. <br />AUG 4 1982 K � ��vz 730 <br />15 <br />
