x 50 F= 754 <br />AUG 41982 <br />A brief discussion followed about the change in the <br />Cable Television Ordinance, as requested by Florida <br />Cablevision. <br />MOTION WAS MADE -BY Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, that the Attorney be <br />authorized to advertise an ordinance providing <br />for the necessary amendment. <br />Commissioner Lyons stressed that he would like to limit <br />providing service just to public schools and public <br />libraries in Section 5 of the Cable Television Ordinance. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. It <br />was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION FOR GRANT AGREEMENT - COUNTY & FmHA <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, that the Board adopt <br />Resolution 82-76, authorizing the execution of <br />an Association Water or Sewer System Grant <br />Agreement, an Equal Opportunity Agreement and <br />an Assurance Agreement between the County and <br />the FmHA; and authorize the signature of the <br />Chairman. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. It was <br />was voted on and carried with a vote of 4 to 1, <br />with Commissioner Fletcher voting in opposition. <br />
