The testing and balancing contractor should be someone <br />who has received formal training and holds current <br />certification for this work. Training should be accred- <br />ited by a recognized national trade association, such <br />as the Associated Air Balance Council; Sheet Metal Air <br />Conditioning and Roofing Trade Association, or National <br />Environmental Balancing Bureau. <br />If you have any further questions in this matter, <br />please call me. E. <br />Associate <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Fletcher, that the Board make <br />the necessary changes to the air conditioning <br />situation as per code, and as recommended in <br />the letter from Ralph Hahn and Associates dated <br />July 22, 1982. <br />A brief discussion followed. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
