A lengthy discussion ensued about when to hold the <br />first public hearing regarding the budget. <br />ON MOTION MADE BY Commissioner Fletcher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />agreed to conduct the first public hearing <br />concerning the budget on September 13, 1982 <br />at 7:00 P.M. <br />The Board decided to schedule a meeting to discuss <br />salaries at a later time, possibly at the end of this <br />meeting. <br />General Fund <br />ON MOTION MADE BY Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, the Board approved, by a <br />vote of 4 to 1 with Commissioner Fletcher voting <br />in opposition, the proposed TRIM Notice Millage <br />of 2.37728 mills for the General Fund. <br />Transportation Fund <br />ON MOTION MADE BY Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />approved the proposed TRIM Notice Millage of <br />0.00001 mills for the Transportation Fund. <br />General Purpose MSTU <br />ON MOTION MADE BY Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, the Board approved, by a <br />vote of 4 to 1 with Commissioner Fletcher voting <br />in opposition, the proposed TRIM Notice Millage <br />of 1.085964 mills for the General Purpose MSTU. <br />NQK 50 It "t 7TI <br />AUG 4 1982 9 <br />
