REFERENCES: <br />Public Works Director <br />DISCR�PTION AND CONDITIONS <br />As discussed during the July 21, 1982 Board of County Commission meeting, <br />the Austrailian Pines in the Rockridge area which are creating a nuisance,for <br />those property owners are all located in easements and not on public right-of- <br />ways, with the exception of those trees on 14th Street. <br />r - <br />As shown on the attached plat drawings of Rockridge Subdivision, these <br />trees are located on the West property lines of Block 0, Rockridge Subdivision, <br />Unit 4. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Since these trees are in easements and not dedicated right-of-ways, it is <br />recommended that the County not expend the $14,000. to remove the trees and <br />to inform the property owners of this decision. <br />70 <br />AU50 1..U[�823 <br />G 4 1992 <br />
