The expense of said <br />background investigation shall be borne by the applicant through <br />the administrative fee established pursuant to Section 15 <br />hereunder. <br />SECTION 5 <br />Section 8 of Ordinance 79-27 is hereby amended to read <br />as follows: <br />Section 8. NOTICE OF FILING AND OF APPROVED <br />APPLICATIONS.
