/ I - <br />ORDINANCE NO. 85-85 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />amend the Comprehensive Plan by redesignating the hereinafter <br />described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in <br />relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commis- <br />sioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance <br />of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be chanced in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />THAT PART OF THE SOUTHHEST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 18, <br />TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 40 EAST, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, BOUNDED ON THE EAST BY GOLF AREA 1 OF THE <br />VISTA ROYALE GARDENS GOLF COURSE AI;D ON THE SOUTH BY <br />THE INDIAN RIVER FARMIS DRAINZAGE DISTRICT SOUTH RELIEF <br />CANAL, DESCRIBED AS FOLLO'S: <br />COMMENCING AT THE WEST QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION <br />18, RUN SOUTH 89°53'24" EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF <br />THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 18 FOR 274.36 <br />FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 89°53'24" EAST ALONG THE NORTH <br />LINE OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 18 <br />FOR 143.19 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 0°11'56" WEST ALONG <br />THE WEST LINE OF GOLF AREA 1 OF VISTA ROYALE GARDENS <br />GOLF COURSE FOR 907.40 FEET TO THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-VIAY <br />LINE OF THE INDIAN RIVER FARMS DRAINAGE DISTRICT SOUTH <br />RELIEF CANAL; THENCE RUN SOUTH 74°14'36" WEST ALONG <br />SAID CANAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR 235.00 FEET: THENCE RUN <br />NORTH 5°04'00" EAST FOR 975.30 FEET TO THE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING. <br />THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCEL CONTAINS 3.950 ACRES, MORE <br />OR LESS, AND IS SUBJECT TO AN ENTRANCE ROAD EASEMENT <br />OVER THE NORTH 80 FEET OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCEL <br />AND AN ACCESS EASEMENT OVER THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF THE <br />ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCEL. <br />Be changed from C-1, Commercial District, to RM -10, <br />Multiple -Family Residential District (up to 10 <br />units/acre). <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida on this 16th day of October , <br />1985. <br />
