Box 986 <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32961 <br />\ Tel: 305-562-1671 <br />Mr. Challacombe agreed that this would be a good <br />location for a neighborhood node; it would follow the same <br />format discussed before. <br />Commissioner Wodtke noted there is existing development <br />on that intersection and asked if that would be counted in <br />the node. <br />Mr. Challacombe stated that should be included and they <br />would work the node around that area. <br />The Board agreed no action was necessary and instructed <br />the Planning staff to notify Mrs. Mason of staff's feeling <br />that this would be a good location for a node and that she <br />should proceed to submit a site plan. <br />Community Development Director Ring suggested possibly <br />including a little center located to the east on Oslo Road, <br />but the Board felt that was too far away to be included. <br />OTHER LAND USE COMMENTS <br />A. Hearndon <br />Planning Manager Challacombe reported that the Board <br />discussed the Hearndon property in Fellsmere atthe last <br />meeting, but Mr. Hearndon wishes to be heard again. <br />16 <br />
