Zone Establishment. There is hereby created and <br />county zoning atlas a runway clear zone for area <br />at each end of every active runway at all publicl <br />licensed airports. Within a runway clear zone <br />certain uses are restricted or prohibited to reduc <br />incompatibilities with normal airport operation <br />and danoer to public health. <br />2. Runway Clear Zone Regulations. <br />a. The following types of uses shall be <br />prohibited within the runway clear zone: <br />i. Educational centers (including all types <br />of primary and secondary schools, pre- <br />schools, child care facilities). <br />ii.
