H. BARTSCH. <br />SUBJECT PROPERTY: LOT 1, <br />a!ABLOCK E, MORELAND SUBDIVISION <br />Patrick Bruce King <br />FROM:`� <br />Betty, avis REFERENCES: <br />Zoning Department Inspector <br />This is in response to a Release of Easement request by Mr. William E. <br />Bartsch, owner of subject property. <br />It is recommended that the data herein presented be given formal consideration <br />by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Mr. William E. Bartsch to release the rear <br />lot 10 foot easement and the side lot 5 foot easement of Lot 1, Block E, <br />Moreland Subdivision. <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power & Light, Florida <br />Cablevision, and the Utility and Right -of -Way Departments. The Zoning staff's <br />analysis, which includes a site visit, showed that drainage would be adequately <br />handled by the existing front and rear swales. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />All reply forms have been received and reviewed, and all agencies indicated <br />approval. However, Southern Bell Telephone & Telegraph's approval is contingent <br />upon releasing only the North 8 foot of the rear lot 10 foot easement and the <br />side lot 5 foot easement of Lot 1, Block E, Moreland Subdivision. <br />After site inspection by Zoning Inspector Betty Davis, it is the Zoning <br />Department's opinion that to release the North 8 foot of the rear lot 10 foot <br />easement and to release the side lot 5 foot easement of Lot 1, Block E, Moreland <br />Subdivision, would allow Mr. Bartsch to erect his fence as was granted after <br />his appeal to the Board or County Commissioners on June 16, 1982, by unanimous <br />vote. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the release of the North 8 foot of the rear lot 10 foot <br />easement and the release of the side lot 5 foot easement of Lot 1, Block <br />E, Moreland Subdivision. <br />AUG 18 1982 <br />15 <br />90K L51 PALE � � <br />
