However, their organization was <br />$3,000 short of funds and were requesting this amount from <br />the Board. <br />A brief discussion followed along those lines. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />approved allocating $3,000 from the Road & Bridge <br />Materials Account for the Bike Path Project. <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN ORDINANCE <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the advertisement for a Public <br />Hearing to adopt the Comprehensive Land <br />Use Plan Ordinance at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on <br />Wednesday, September 15, 1982. <br />TREASURE COAST UTILITIES <br />Attorney Brandenburg explained that the Receiver, of <br />Treasure Coast Utilities, has yet to be paid, and recently <br />Judge Sharp ordered Indian River County to pay the Receiver <br />$7,000. He added that his office could then proceed to <br />obtain the $7,000 back from Mr. Salter. He recommended that <br />the Board authorize the payment of $7,000 to the Receiver <br />and .that his office be authorized to recover that amount <br />from Mr. Salter. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, that the Receiver be <br />
