UG 181982 so 511 nr;E 84 <br />The first recommendation is made in conjunction with the second <br />and should not be approved if the County does not initiate <br />rezoning of the remainder of Pine Lake Estates. <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission at their regular business <br />meeting of June 10, 1982, voted unanimously to recommend that <br />the County Commission approve the rezoning of the subject <br />property to R -1E, and that the County Commission initiate <br />action to rezone the remainder of Pine Lake Estates from R-1 <br />and Agricultural to R-lE. <br />The Chairman asked if there was anyone present who <br />wished to be heard. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously <br />closed the public hearing. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Fletcher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, that the Board adopt <br />Ordinance 82-17, rezoning the subject property <br />from Agricultural and R-1 to R -1E, as recommended <br />in the memo dated August 2, 1982 from Dennis <br />Ragsdale, Staff Planner. <br />After a brief discussion, it was determined that the <br />Motion should be divided into two parts. <br />Commissioner Fletcher WITHDREW HIS MOTION, and <br />Commissioner Bird WITHDREW HIS SECOND. <br />ON MOTION MADE by Commissioner Fletcher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Ordinance 82-17 granting the rezoning <br />from Agricultural &`R-1 to R -1E as requested by <br />Mr. Golien. <br />
