ORDINANCE NO. 91-48 <br />b. On.lots whereno rearyard, as defined in the <br />zoning code, exists having a width at least one- <br />half (1/2) the applicable minimum lot width, one <br />side yard or side yard area may be designated by <br />the property owner as a "rear yard" for purposes of <br />applying the regulations contained within this <br />section. <br />suet -ion -33: -Section -911.1§{2-rof--chapter 911, Zoning -i- hereby <br />amended to include new sub -section 911.15(2)(r) to read as follows: <br />(rr) Dumpsters. <br />Dumpsters are allowed to encroach within required side yard <br />setbacks in the same manner as allowable parking encroachments <br />as set forth on section 911.15(2)(1).
