ORDINANCE NO. 91-48:' <br />Section 49: Section 930.07(2)(d) of the Stormwater Management and <br />Floodplain Protection of the land development regulations is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />An equal volume of storage capacity must be created for an <br />volume of the base flood that would be displaced by fill or <br />structures except for the following instances: <br />Those development projects within the IOD -year -floodplain <br />along the Indian River when granted a waiver from the cut <br />and fill balance requirements by the Board of County <br />Commissioners. In the 100 year floodplain of the Indian <br />River an equal volume of storage capacity must be created <br />by fill or structures below elevation 4.0 feet NGVD, or <br />_FEMA, whichever is greater.
