Regularly moored watercraft <br />shall not be used as • - • live -aboard vessels, offices or <br />commercial enterprises except in commercial marinas with approval <br />and facilities for that purpose. •• • • • •• • <br />• . • • • • • Regularly moored watercraft <br />shall be kept in seaworthy condition when not in a permitted repair <br />area.
