Restrictions or limitations on outdoor lighting, <br />and location and hours of operation for outdoor <br />activities may be imposed to mitigate potential <br />adverse light and noise impacts on surrounding <br />properties. <br />Section 60: Section 971.35(3) of Regulations for Specific Land Uses <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(3) Commercial Marinas (Special Exception) <br />(a) Districts requiring SPECIAL EXCEPTION approval, (pursuant <br />to the provisions of 971.05): <br />CG CH <br />(b) Additional information requirements: <br />1. A written statement specifically describing the <br />activities to be conducted on the proposed site. <br />2. A site pian-ahowi-ng t-h�---locatian of all -on-site <br />storage areas and the zoning designation of all <br />properties within two hundred (200) feet of the <br />proposed site. The site plan shall identify any <br />and all boat slips proposed for use by live -aboard <br />vessels. <br />3. Written verification of compliance with all <br />applicable local, state, and federal permitting and <br />regulaatory procedures. <br />4. An environmental impact survey describing in detail <br />any real or potential adverse impacts on existing <br />or potential natural resources in the vicinity of <br />the proposed site, including, but not limited to: <br />aquatic and shoreline vegetation, water circulation <br />and turbidity, waterway widths, depths and <br />-shoreline contaurs, existing wetland or impoundment <br />areas on site, and known or potential seagrass, <br />fishery, or manatee habitats within one thousand <br />(1,000) feet of the proposed site. <br />(c) Criteria for commercial marinas: <br />1. Point and non -point discharges from upland <br />activities associated with marinas shall not be <br />permittee to enterer jam eserine surface <br />waters. <br />2. Marinas operations must comply with a required <br />pollution mitigation plan which addresses at a <br />minimum: fuel storage/spill management, <br />contaminated runoff collection, and water pollution <br />clean-up/control procedures and appropriate <br />personnel training.
