;'_Y ' ORDINANCE NO. 91-48 <br />10. All. repair and_ mainte_n-ance-a_ctiv_ities—shall—be <br />conducted within a structure. <br />11. All outdoor sales and storage lots shall have a <br />paved surface which meets the standards of Chapter <br />954, as applicable. <br />12. Type "A" screening shall be provided along all <br />property lines which abut a residential district. <br />13. All commercial marinas shall be required to install <br />and maintain, in working condition, sewage pump -out <br />facilities in accordance with the following <br />criteria: <br />a. Pump -out facilities shall incorporate marina <br />wide systems, portable/mobile systems, <br />slipside systems or a combination of these and <br />shall be approved and inspected by the <br />environmental health department on a regular <br />basis; <br />b. Effluent shall be collected for forwarding to <br />approved public facilities or directly <br />deposited to approved public or private <br />facilities. With county and appropriate state <br />ter- federal approval, properly treated "® <br />qray water" may be utilized for landscape <br />irrigation, provided this use does not <br />endanger the health, safety or welfare of the <br />population or the environmental and its flora <br />and fauna; and <br />C. Pump -out facilities shall be located to <br />provide unconstrained access to watercraft. <br />d. Live -aboard vessels moored in commercial <br />marinas shall be required to connect to county <br />approved pump -out facilities or a municipal or <br />county sewer facility. <br />14.
