ORDINANCE NO. 99- 3 4 <br />THE WEST 531.1 FEET OF TRACT 8, IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE <br />38 EAST, AS THE SAME IS DESIGNATED ON THE LAST GENERAL PLAT OF <br />LANDS OF THE INDIAN RIVER FARMS COMPANY, FILED 1N THE OFFICE OF THE <br />CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT <br />BOOK 21 PAGE 25, SAID LANDS NOW LYING AND BEING IN INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 495 FEET THEREOF AND <br />LESS HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY. <br />Be changed from A4, Agricultural District (up to 1 unit/5 acres), and RM -6, Multiple -Family <br />Residential District (up to 6 units/acre), to RM -8, Multiple -Family Residential District (up to 8 <br />units/acre). <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Land Development <br />Regulations. <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, on <br />this 16"' day of November, 1999. <br />
