ORDINANCE NO. 91- 47 <br />AN ORDINANCE- INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM A-1 TO <br />CG, FOR THE PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER <br />OF 82ND AVENUE S.W. AND 9TH STREET S.W., AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, <br />AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning -Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency onsuch matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County_, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the zoning <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />The West -500 feet—of-the-North-3DO-feet-of-the North 755,20 <br />feet of the West one-half of Tract 4, Section 25, Township 33 <br />South, Range-39—East,-according -to-thhe-last--general plat of <br />lands of the Indian River Farms Company Subdivision as <br />recorded in Plat Book 2, page 25, St. Lucie County public <br />records, said lands now lying and being in Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />Said parcel contains 3.44 acres net; and <br />TheNorth 300e�f—the—Nor—th - 0 feetof the West one- <br />half of Tract 4, Section 25, Township 33 South, Range 38 East <br />less the West 500 feet thereof, according to the last general <br />plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company Subdivision as <br />recorded in Plat Book 2, page 25, St. Lucie County public <br />records, said land now lying and being in Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />Said parcel contains 1.14 acres net. <br />Be changed from A-1 to CG. <br />SmeadSok Reprint Date: Friday, August 23, 2013 - 12:39:40 - OfficialDocuments:645, Attachment Id 0, Page 1 <br />
