ORDINANCE NO. 91- 36 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM RM -6 TO <br />CG, FOR THE PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF <br />OSLO ROAD JUST WEST OF THE 27TH AVENUE/OSLO ROAD INTERSECTION, <br />AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND•PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS te-Planning—and Zoning -Commission, ='+ting as -the <br />1n 61p tanning agency on such matters-, has held a—Lmhllc hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and `• <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />GRE, SE -IT- ORDAINED, by the Board <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />The_North--601 3.6 feet of the South 731.36 feet of the West <br />10.68 acres of Tract 16, Section 22, Towhship 33 South, Range <br />39 East, according to the last general plat of lands of the <br />Indian River Farms Company Subdivision filed in the Office of <br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, <br />in Plat Book 2, Page 25, said lands now lying and being in <br />.Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be .c angefrom RM -b to CG. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in <br />said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian Rivet County, Florida, on this 18th day of June 1991. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal <br />on the 28th day of May , 1991 for a public hearing to be <br />held on the 18th day of June , 1991 at which time it was <br />moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , seconded by <br />Commissioner Scurlock , and adopted by the following <br />Chairman Richard N.
