AMENDMENT <br />. A new Section 316.07.1 -of the County Code is added to <br />read as follows: <br />Section 306.07.1 Fine for parking violation of spaces <br />marked for disabled persons. <br />a. The fine for the violation of Section 316.1955, Florida <br />Statutes, entitled "Parking spaces provided by governmental agencies <br />for certain disabled persons' or Sectioifi-1836, Florida -Statutes, <br />entitle "Panting spacesprovide by nongovernmental entities for <br />cer ain-cisab�efipersons'-steal a $250:00 for asci► vioiation. <br />.-b. Pursuant—tor---Section 316:008; Florida Statutes, a <br />separate county -fund -Is established-for-the-deposit-of--a-portion-0f the <br />money realized%y fides- imposed—pursuan"o this --section. The <br />portion of said fine that shall be deposited is $150.00. The monies so <br />deposited are to be used in the following manner: <br />(1) one-third to be used "to defray expenses for the <br />administration of this subsection. <br />(2) two-thirds to be used to provide funds to improve <br />accessibility and equal opportunity to qualified physically <br />disabled person in the County and to provide funds to <br />- 10:54:58.- OfricialDocuments:579, Attachment Id 1, Page 1 1 " <br />
