Wednesday, September 1, 1982 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, September 1, 1982, at 8:30 o'clock A.M. <br />Present were Don.C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Alfred Grover <br />Fletcher, Vice Chairman; Dick Bird; Patrick B. Lyons; and <br />William C. Wodtke, Jr. Also present were Michael J. Wright, <br />Administrator; L. S. "Tommy" Thomas, Community Services <br />Director; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to the Board of County <br />Commissioners; Jeffrey R. Barton, Finance Director; Neal <br />Bird, Bailiff; and Janice Caldwell., Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Administrator Wright led the Pledge of Allegiance to <br />the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO AGENDA <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions to the <br />Agenda. <br />Finance Director Barton requested adding an item to the <br />North County.
