Ep 11982 <br />f �r <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />approved the Budget Amendments due to over— <br />Of <br />budget of accounts, as recommended by the <br />Financial Director in his memorandum dated <br />August 25, 1982. <br />B. IBM System/3 Computer System Surplus Property <br />The Board next reviewed the following information from <br />Ed Fry, Assistant Finance Directors <br />August 23, 1982 <br />To: Board of County Commissioners <br />From: Finance Department <br />Subject: IBM System/3 Model # 10 Computer System <br />Gentlemen: <br />Presently, we have the IBM System/3 Model # 10 in storage. <br />We no longer use this computer and would like for you to declare <br />the IBM System/3 Model # 10 surplus property. We have attached <br />a list of components. <br />We also have approximately 50 disks that were used on the <br />IBM System/3 Model # 10. The system we -presently have does not <br />use removable disks. Therefore,.we would'like you to declare the <br />disks surplus property. <br />The purchasing department has agreed to dispose of this surplus <br />property in accordance with state statutes. <br />if you have any questions, please let me know.
