<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />THIS INDENTURE, made this AA day of June, 1982,
<br />between NORMAN W. HENSICR, JR., as Trustee, whose post office
<br />address is P. 0. Box 309, Vero Beach, of the County of Indian
<br />.River, State of Florida, grantor, and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a
<br />political subdivision of the State of Florida whose post office
<br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 of the
<br />County of.Indian.River, State of Florida, grantee,
<br />WITNESSETH,*That said grantor, for and in consideration
<br />of the sum of TEN and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars, and other good and
<br />valuable considerations to said grantor in hand paid by said
<br />grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
<br />bargained and sold to the said grantee, and grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and
<br />being in Indian River County, Florida, to wit:
<br />The South 20 feet of the following described properties:
<br />Parcel 1: East 20.79 acres of - Tract 13 (less the West 20
<br />feet of the South 1280 feet thereof) and the North 40 feet of
<br />the West 20 acres of Tract 13, all in Section 15, Township 33
<br />South, Range 39 East, as the same is -designated on the last
<br />general plat -of lands of Indian River Farms Company filed in
<br />the Office of -the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
<br />County, Florida in Plat Book 2, Page 25; said land now'lying
<br />and being iri Indian River County, Florida; and
<br />.Parcel 2: West 10 acres of Tract 14, Section 15, Township 33
<br />South, Range 39 East, as the same is designated on the last
<br />general plat of lands of Indian.River Farms Company filed in
<br />the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of -St. Lucie
<br />County, Florida, in Plat Book 2 Page 25; said land now lying
<br />and being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />Subject to the condition that this property shall revert to
<br />the Grantor in the event same is not improved by the County
<br />(or construction sub-stantial ly_undertaken)_into_a_paved
<br />two-lane highway within twenty-four (24) months after the
<br />date of execution.
<br />Subject to all taxes and assessments subsequent to the
<br />year 1981.
<br />THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY DOES NOT CONSTITUTE THE
<br />HOMESTEAD OF GRANTOR.
<br />TOGETHER with all tenements, hereditaments and appurte-
<br />nances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
<br />AND said grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to
<br />said lana, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
<br />all persons whomsoever.
