<br />THIS INDENTURE, Made this a% V, day of June, 1982, between
<br />F S T PARTNERSHIP, a Florida General Partnership, of the County
<br />of Indian River and State of Florida, Grantor, and INDIAN RIVER
<br />COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose
<br />post office address is 1840 - 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida
<br />32960, of the County of Indian River, State of Florida, Grantee,
<br />W I T N E S S E T 11:
<br />That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations
<br />to said Grantor in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt.whereof

<br />west corner of said Tract 13; thence run North to the
<br />point of beginning; AND the West 20 feet of the East
<br />20.79 acres (less the North 365.03 feet thereof) of
