h <br />SEP 1:19Uall <br />L <br />� <br />Y 51"A <br />APPROVAL <br />APPROVAL OF SCHOOL BOARD LEASE - HOBART ANTENNA <br />i� <br />The Attorney suggested that the Board enter into the <br />lease and recommended approval, subject to the School Board <br />signing the lease. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner, the Board unanimously <br />approved the School Board Lease regarding <br />the Hobart Antenna. <br />The lease will become part of the record when received. <br />ADDITION TO AGENDA <br />Commissioner Lyons referred to the Douglas Elementary <br />School and requested that it be added to the Agenda today. <br />Commissioner Wodtke stated that he had met with 140 <br />people recently regarding this subject and was asked if <br />there would be any discussion concerning'Douglas Elementary <br />School at today's meeting. He advised them that it would <br />not be on the Agenda today but would be on the September 15, <br />1982 agenda; therefore, he would prefer not to have it added <br />today. <br />TRANSPORTATION PLANNING -COMMITTEE REPORT <br />Commissioner Fletcher advised that they did not have a <br />quorum present for the Committee meeting, and instead, a <br />brief discussion was held. <br />Public Works Director, Jim Davis, interjected that a <br />study had been completed for the area at 43rd Avenue and <br />State Road 60. Also, there was a discussion with the City <br />yesterday regarding the traffic light at 42nd Avenue. He <br />advised that all of `the items discussed would be run through <br />the Transportation Planning Committee at their next meeting. <br />STRAW BALLOT <br />The Board reviewed the following letter from the ACT <br />organization: <br />
