ORDINANCE NO <br />County held the Comprehensive Plan Amendment Adoption Public <br />Hearing on June 18, 1991, after advertising pursuant to <br />F.S.163.3184(15)(b)(2) and (c); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that: <br />SECTION 1. Comprehensive Plan Amendment Adoption and <br />Transmittal <br />The amendment to the Indian River County ComprehensivePlan is <br />hereby adopted, and five (5) copies are directed to be transmitted <br />to the State of Florida Department of community Affairs. <br />SECTION. 2. Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan <br />The land use designation of the following described <br />property situated .in Indian River County, Florida, to - <br />parcel 1- From the NW corner of the SE I of the NE $ of <br />Section 13, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, run Easterly a <br />distance of 720 feet to a point; thence run Southerly and <br />parallel to the quarter section line a distance of 165 feet to <br />a point; thence run East a distance of 300 feet to a point; <br />thence run North and parallel to the quarter section line a <br />distance of 165 feet to a point; thence run west a distance of <br />300 feet to a Point of Beginning. <br />Parcel From the Northwest corner of the Southeast <br />of the Northeast quarter of Sect 'ion 13, Township 33 South, <br />Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida, run Easterly <br />along the North boundary line of the Southeast quarter of the <br />Northeast quarter of said Section 13, a distance of 720 feet; <br />thence on a deflection angle of 89 degrees 51 minutes to the <br />right--run-Southerly--a distance of165feet-to-the—Me Point <br />of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning, on a deflection <br />angle of 89 degrees 51 minutes to the left run Easterly a <br />distance of 200 feet; thence on a deflection angle of 89 <br />degrees 51 minutes to. the right run Southerly a distance of <br />165 feet; thence on a deflection angle of 90 degrees 09 <br />minutes to the right, run Westerly a distance of 300 feet, <br />thence on a deflection angle of 89 degrees 51 minutes to the <br />right, run Northerly a distance of 165 feet to the Point of <br />Parcel 3* .
