ORDINANCE 91- 39 <br />7118/91DOC(Legal)Ob <br />"N -ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 86-32 <br />(LOCAL OPTION GAS TAX) BY EXTENDING THE <br />EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE TAX. <br />"WHEREAS, Ordinance 86-32 provides that the tax imposition <br />of the local option gas tax.shall terminate August 31, 1991, and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the the public interest to extend said <br />tax imposition, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />SECTION 1. EXTENSION. <br />The tax imposition established in Ordinance 86-32 is hereby <br />extended to August 31,, 1996. <br />SECTION 2.
