ORDINANCE. -NO. 91 -IL <br />repealed to the extent-af such conflict. - <br />- <br />Section. l4; Codification <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall be incorporated into the <br />County Code and the word "Ordinance" may be changed to "section", <br />"-article", or other appropriate work, and the sections of this. <br />ordinance may be re -num ere or rele o accomp�h such <br />intentions. <br />Section 15: Severability <br />If.any'section, part of a sentence, paragraph, phrase or word of <br />this—ordi-nance i-s—f-Gr- any --r-ea$an held—to bs-unconstitutiona_— <br />inoperative or void, such holdings shall not affect the remaining <br />portions- hereofndit _shall be_ construedto_ have been the <br />legislative intent to pass this ordinance without such <br />unconstitutional, invalid or inoperative part. <br />Section 16: Effective.
