- .ff <br />t iF <br />t <br />ORDINANCE NO. 92- 27 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND ACCOMPANYING MAP TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY <br />210,364 ACRES OF LAND IN THE UNINCORPORATED PORTION OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COt1NTv nc DESCRIBED HEREIN TO COMPLY WITH THE ADOPTED <br />FUTURE LAND USE MAP, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish the required Notices of Zoning Change <br />and send courtesy Notices of Intent to rezone the hereinafter <br />described properties to affected landowners; <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the of--County--Commi-s-ianer"as-he-ld two- publ i c <br />hearings on July 8, 1992 and on July 21, 1992, pursuant to this <br />rezoning request at which parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard; and <br />WHEREAS, the public hearings were approximately two weeks <br />apart and held after 5:00 p.m., as required by Chapter 125.66, <br />F.S.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />1. The zoning of the following properties situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida be changed as described and shown in <br />"Attachment "A" pages 1-23 all with the meaining and intent as set <br />forth and described in said zoning regulations. <br />2. Any combination or division of the parcels referenced on <br />"Attachment A" pages 1-23, between June 18, 1991 and the effective <br />date of this ordinance, shall have no effect on the zoning of those <br />combined or divided parcels.
