ORDINANCE NO. 91-14 AN ORDINANCE -OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE -AND -ME -ACCOMPANYING -ZONING -IAP -FROM -A7- - D RS -1 TO AIR -1 FOR THE INDIAN RIVER AERODROME SUBDIVISION, UNITS -l-,-2, AND-3ENERALLY-LOCATED- WEST--OF$2ND-AVENUE .S.W. ON 5TH STREET S.W., AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the local planning,agency on such matters, has held a public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning WHEREAS, fhe Boar of -CountyCommissioners v-idiar�River� county, Florida, did -publish and send its Notice of intent to rezone the hereinafter -described propertT,--and WHEREAS, the Board-of-Counfy-Commissions*� hay determined. that this -rezoning -is consistent -with -the -Comprehensive Plan of Indian WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by' the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: The Indian River Aerodrome Subdivision, Unit 1, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 55; and The Indian River Aerodrome Subdivision, Unit 2 recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 91; and The Indian River Aerodrome Subdivision, Unit 3, recorded in P1at-Bookl-2 —,Page -45 of -the Public Recordsaf-Indian River County, Florida; said lands lying and being in Indian River County, K -or .
