ORDINANCE NO. 91- 24 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER 'COUNTY, FLORIDA,, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM CH TO CG <br />FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY' LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF U.S. <br />HIGHWAY 1, APPROXIMATELY 850 FEET SOUTH OF WOODMERE ROAD, AND <br />DESCRIBED HEREIN,. AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, -he Planning- and-Zoning-Commissd:orLsitting as -the <br />Ie �l planning -age tcymaters, hasheld -a - public hearing <br />and' subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />, Florida, did publish .and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of county <br />Commissioners of Indian River county, Florida, that tile Zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />All o that porb.ion. of-the-nokth-one=hal#-of the southeast <br />quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 7, Township 31 <br />south, ganqp 39 Fast, lying East of theright-of-way of the <br />Florida East Coast Railroad and West of the right-of-way of <br />U.S.,Highway No. 1. <br />Be changed from CH to CG. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and- descri a in <br />said oning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, on this 28 day of May 1991. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal <br />on.the 7 day of May 1.991 for a public hearing to be <br />held_on_the 28ay-of-Ra_—,-1991 at which time it was <br />moved. for adoption by Commissioner Wheeler , seconded by <br />Commissioner Scurlock , and adopted by the following <br />vote: <br />Chairman Richard N.
