ORDINANCE NO. 92-04 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM CN TO <br />PRO, FOR THE PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST <br />CORNER OF STATE ROAD 60 AND 74TH AVENUE, AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, <br />AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS,—the_Hoard-af-Count_y_Conmissioners has held a_public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />A portion of Tract 8, in Section 1, Township 33S, Range <br />38E, Indian River Farms Company Subdivision, as recorded <br />in Plat Book 2 at Page 25, Public Records, St. Lucie <br />County_, Florida—arid- lying_ in Indian River County_, <br />Florida, being more particularly described as follows: <br />Commence at the SE corner of the NE4 of said Section 1, <br />thence North 00028121" East along the East line of said <br />Section 1 for 162.73'; thence North 89°40'40" West along <br />the North Right -of -Way line of State Road 60 for 80.00' <br />to the Point of Beginning; thence continue along the last <br />described course for 361.51; thence North 00°27'18" East <br />f7ur 3-61—.51; thence South 89036'48"— East—for 3fri 5�, <br />thence South 00028'21" West along a line parallel with <br />and 80.00' West of the East line of said Section 1 for <br />361.5' to the Point of Beginning and containing 3.00 <br />acres more or less. <br />Be changed from CN, Neighborhood Commercial District, to PRO, <br />Professional Office District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in <br />said Zoning Regulations. <br />SmeadSoft Reprint Date: Friday, September 27, 2013 - 10:35:10 - Officia[Documents:493, Attachment Id 1, Page 1 <br />
