SEP 15 1982 <br />B 01( 51 �n-E 281 <br />ACQUISITION OF UTILITY EASEMENT FOR MID FLORIDA TIE-IN <br />Attorney Brandenburg informed the Board that there is a <br />pile of rubble on the land of Mr. LaFever, which is the <br />property we wish to acquire as an easement for the Mid <br />Florida tie-in. There has been some discussion in regard to <br />clearing the land as payment for the easement or making some <br />other arrangement. The Attorney felt that removing the <br />debris from this property could cost as much as $3,000 and <br />the Fire Department does not wish to be involved in burning <br />it. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the Attorney to negotiate entering <br />into the necessary agreements to acquire the <br />subject easement from Mr. LaFever. <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATION RE SOUTH COUNTY WATER SYSTEM <br />Attorney Brandenburg explained that this item involves <br />the FmHA standard form and is a certification by the Chair- <br />man <br />hairman indicating that all necessary rights-of-way for the <br />South County water system have been acquired or will be <br />acquired. This is needed for the bond closing on Septem- <br />ber 30th. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the Chairman to sign the FmHA <br />Certification of Right -of -Way re the South <br />County water system. <br />24 <br />-I <br />
