SEP 151992 ' <br />EXHIBIT A <br />r; <br />51 <br />1- The County has arranged for the acquisition of the following <br />easement from the owner; however, the owner is out of the <br />,state until October at which time the County will close on the <br />easement. <br />Begin 214.23 feet South of the Northeast corner of <br />the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, <br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East, as recorded in official <br />Record Book 447 page 168; thence run West to the East right of <br />way line of the Florida East Coast Railroad approximately 1050 <br />to the Point of Beginning; from the Point of Beginning run <br />Southeasterly along the East right of way line of the Florida <br />East Coast Railroad a distance of 125 feet, more or less, <br />thence run East and parallel to the North line of said Setion <br />12, a distance of 10 feet, more or less. Thence run <br />Northwesterly and parallel to the East right of way line of <br />the Florida East Coast Railroad, a distance of 145 feet, more <br />or less, thence run East and parallel to the North line of <br />said Section 12, a distance of 160 feet, more or less, thence <br />run North perpendicular to North line of said Section 12 a <br />distance of 10 feet, more or less, thence run West parallel to <br />North line of said Section 12 to the East right of way line of <br />the Florida East Coast Railroad, a distance of 175 feet, more <br />or less, thence run Southeasterly along the East right of way <br />line of the Florida East Coast Railroad, a distance of 30 <br />feet, more or less to the Point of Beginning, said land lying <br />and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />2- The County is currently negotiating for the acquisition of <br />this easement and anticipates acquisition in October: <br />The West 10 feet, along the East right of way <br />line of the Florida East Coast Railroad, of the <br />following described property: <br />Beginning 204.23 feet South of the Northeast <br />corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section 12, Township 33 South, Range 39 <br />East; as recorded in Official Record Book 528 page 519, <br />more particularly described as: thence run West to the <br />East right of way line of the Florida East Coast <br />Railroad approximately 1065.04 feet; thence <br />Southeasterly along the East right of way line of the• <br />Florida East Coast Railroad 498.10 feet, thence East <br />approximately 918 feet to the center section line of <br />said Section 12; thence North 469 feet to the point of <br />beginning; LESS the North 126 feet and the South 172 <br />feet.
