f <br />SEP 151982 <br />BOOK <br />1��. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Fletcher, <br />l' <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, to award Bid <br />#139 for Fire Extinguisher Inspection & <br />Servicing to the low bidder, Vero Beach Fire <br />Equipment, as per staff recommendation. <br />Discussion followed as to the fact that they did not <br />bid on-soda/acid type extinguishers. Alternatives and Analysis <br />The low bidder was Russell Concrete, in the amount of $37.75 per.yd. for <br />2,500 p.s.i. Ready -Mix (a decrease of $2.75 per yd. from last years low <br />bid), and $39.20 per yd. for 3,000 p.s.i.
