E. "Kinky" Orth informed the Board that he and Mr. <br />Lysne constitute the Indian River Flying Service, and he <br />believed some false statements in regard to when the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission had the erroneous information <br />were made in order to obtain this 60 day extension. As to <br />there being no politics involved, he pointed out that a 60 <br />day extension puts this after the November 2nd election <br />date. Mr. Orth continued that Indian River Flying Service <br />has a two million dollar investment in this area, and they <br />purposely moved away from Hibiscus Airport to this agricul- <br />tural property because they felt a civic obligation when'the <br />neighborhood became so crowded.
