ORDINANCE NO. 92- 43 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM RS -6 TO <br />RM -10, FOR THE PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN 49TH STREET <br />AND 47TH STREET AND BETWEEN 40TH AVENUE AND 35TH AVENUE, AND <br />DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice o I� to <br />rezone the—hereinafter described property; an <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />The West 20 acres of the East 30 acres of the Northeast one- <br />quarter of—the—Southwest one-quarter; less the South 35 feet <br />of the East 326 feet; and less the North 265 feet of the South <br />300 feet of the East 128 feet�_and_less the North 499 feet of <br />the South 534 feet of the West 128 feet; and less the East 128 <br />feet of the West 326 feet of the North 232 feet of the South <br />267 feet; and less the North 232 feet of the South 267 feet of <br />the West 128 feet of the East 326 feet of Section 22, Township <br />32 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from RS -6 to RM -10. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in <br />said Land Development Regulations. <br />SmeadSok Reprint Date: Friday, September 27, 2013 - 11:53:40 - OfficialDocuments:598, Attachment Id 1, Page 1 <br />
