10/23/91(DOCS1)LegAI (Ob) <br />ORDINANCE 91-,51- <br />AN <br />1=-51AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 302 - <br />ANIMAL CONTROL AND KENNEL REGULATIONS. <br />WHEREAS Ind Van -Ri-ver--Caunt-y i-s---ir> th"rae_-ss-of <br />mcting a new code of Ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance has for its purpose the <br />editorial transfer of the regulations governing Animal <br />Control from the oi.d`.code to the new code -.with Kennel <br />Regulations to be by a later ordinance, <br />NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS. -OF INDIAN RIVER,COUNTY, FLOBI,DA that,: <br />SECTION 1. NEW CHAPTERT <br />A new Chapter 302, Animal Control and Kennel. <br />Regulations, as set forth in Attachment "All to this <br />ordinance is hereby adopted. <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL <br />Those portions of— theme nndiian RiverCounty <br />1474 -J --supe rseded or--in-confii7 ct -w i-th- e- prov i s ions herein <br />adorpted-,-4ri-particular Chapter 3, a -re -hereby repealed. <br />SECT_ION 3.. SEVERAB ILI1_l_, <br />phrase, or word of this ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such holding <br />shall not affect. the remaining portions of this ordinance, <br />and it shall be construed to have been the legislative <br />intent to pass the ordinance without such unconstitutional, <br />invalid or inoperative part. <br />SECTION 4.
