It shall be the lawful duty of any person haven' g knowledge of an animabi e or exposure -off a human -o -r anima I -o-a k-nown ra id animal to report same to the county health department. 2. Upon impoundment of any animal involved in a biting incident under the above-mentioned circumstances, such animal shall undergo a ten-day quarantine period under direction of the county health department.
