ORDINANCE NO. 90 <br />this section and shall be Iiable__for aIIN injuries and <br />property -damage sustained by any—person-or domestic_ animal <br />caused by_ unprovoked_ attack by said -vicious dog. <br />SECTION 4. <br />Section 3-10 (Unlawful for livestock to run at <br />large), Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian River County, <br />is hereby amended as follows: <br />ION 3-1.0--JnLawful for I ivestock to run at <br />large; -harboring wild animals_ <br />It shall be unlawful for any livestock to run at <br />large within Indian River County, Florida. It shall _be <br />unlawfulto keep any_ wild animal in _violation of the <br />_- <br />provisions of_ Chapter_ 372,_ Florida Statutes_ and -regulations <br />promulgated__by—the _Florida Game__and__Fresh Water Fish <br />Commission. <br />SECTION -5. <br />Section 3-16 �Co3e of—taws and—Ordirranc-es of <br />Indian River County, is hereby amended as follows: <br />(a) Any violation of this chapter, constitutes a <br />civil infraction and may be punishable by a civil penalty <br />not�--to---exc-eed fi-ve hurid r_ed_d_o_ ars L$500.00).
