ORDINANCE N0, 90- <br />c. Any dog which----bites,--inflicts--injury, <br />assaults or otherwise attacks- a -human- being or -domestic <br />animal without provocation -on- public -or- private -property; -or <br />d, -Any doq owned or -harbored -primarily or in <br />part for the purpose of dog fighting. <br />SECTION 2. <br />Section 3-5 (Additional ownership <br />respons+b-N+t i est -,-Cade o -f Laws and. Or_d i nances of Indian <br />River County, is hereby amended to add the following: <br />SECTION 3-5. Additional ownership <br />responsibilities.
