Transportation Fund <br />The Chairman opened the hearing on the Transportation <br />Fund, and Finance Director Barton informed those present <br />that this is basically the collector system of roads - the <br />basic source of funding is from the State Gasoline Tax. <br />There is a mandatory requirement that a millage be assessed <br />countywide. The proposed budget is $742,030 and the millage <br />0.00001 which generates $30.00. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be <br />heard. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />closed the public hearing. <br />Attorney Brandenburg read Resolution 82-94 aloud. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, Commissioner Fletcher <br />voting in opposition, the Board by a 4 to 1 <br />vote adopted Resolution 82-94, setting a <br />millage of 0.00001 for the Transportation Fund <br />for fiscal year 1982-83. <br />.) <br />21 <br />SEP:2 2 1982 . <br />gay. 51 PALE 40 <br />
