SEP 22192 _ _ _ _ _._2 <br />14 1 <br />Boa 51 rn' - <br />ness on September 30, 1982, and to the extent of any unexpended <br />balances whether or not encumbered, outstanding in work orders <br />as of the end of business on September 30, 1982, and all such bal- <br />ances shall be appropriated to the corresponding accounts in the <br />same funds in which they were outstanding as of September 30, 1982, <br />and the Financial Administrator shall be authorized to expend such <br />appropriations for the purposes approved by the District Board of <br />Fire Commissioners in connection with such State, Federal or other <br />grants, and work orders. The Financial Administrator shall report <br />to the District Board of Fire Commissioners concerning all such <br />purchase orders, grants and work orders before December 31, 1982. <br />Corresponding changes in the anticipated revenue accounts are <br />authorized to be made. <br />SECTION IV <br />The Financial Administrator is authorized and directed to <br />maintain and amend the budget to reflect the anticipated revenues <br />and the appropriation of and expenditure of all grant funds com- <br />mitted to or received by the District after September 30, 1982 and <br />before October 1, 1985, in accordance with the directions of the <br />District Board of Fire Commissioners as to the appropriation and <br />expenditure of such grants as and when received. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the 1st day of <br />October, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />A. <br />Freda Wright, Clerk o <br />the Circuit Court <br />Adopted: 9/22/82 <br />DISTRICT BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS <br />SOUTH INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT <br />By ,>, <,— �L 1A <br />Don C.
