g) Any proposed driveway to be located on <br />any major arterial or collector routes <br />are subject to conditions stated in # b <br />above. <br />h) Every effort should be made to locate <br />driveways so as provide safe and <br />efficient flow of traffic in terms of <br />pedestrian and vehicular (including <br />bicycle) movements. Traffic conflicts <br />s ho_uJsLbe_min-imiz ed_ <br />B. General Construction within right-of-way <br />This would include construction such as street <br />paving, sidewalks, driveways, curbs and storm <br />drainage. Except for single family residences <br />which require only a detailed drawing as provided <br />in the right-of-way permit, the following are <br />required: <br />1) Three sets of engineering plans which contain <br />right-of-way di -mens -ions, existing features-,— <br />proposed <br />eatureproposed location within the right-of-way, <br />stationing, cross section and topographical <br />features including the locations of existing <br />utilities and profiles affected by the <br />proposed construction or installation, <br />sufficient elevations to determine drainage <br />characteristics and divides. <br />2) Performance security as provided for in <br />-Section 310.11, <br />3) Appropriate filing fee as described in <br />Section 310.16. <br />4) Detailed specifications if applicable. <br />5) Information showing that the following <br />criteria will be met. <br />(a) All existing conditions including but <br />not limited to traffic control devices <br />shall be restored to original or better <br />condition. <br />(b) Traffic control shall be maintained in <br />accordance with the State of Florida <br />Roadway and Traffic Design Standards and <br />DnTlorm—Nfanuar-6'n--'rr:-aT ic-7ontrof <br />Devices. Utility companies having a <br />valid franchise to operate in Indian River County <br />will not be required to pay a right-of-way permit <br />fee.
