<br />The Board of County .Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, met in Special Session at the County .
<br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida,
<br />on Wednesday, September 29, 1982, at 7:00 o'clock P.M.
<br />Present were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Alfred Grover
<br />Fletcher, Vice Chairman; Dick Bird; Patrick B. Lyons; and
<br />William C. Wodtke, Jr. Also present were Gary Brandenburg,
<br />Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; Michael J.
<br />Wright, Administrator; Jeffrey K. Barton, Finance Director;
<br />and Janice Caldwell, Deputy Clerk.
<br />The Chairman called the meeting to order.
<br />PUBLIC HEARING - AMENDING RATES & CHARGES - WATER & SEWER
<br />The hour of 7:00 o'clock P.M. having passed, the Deputy
<br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication
<br />attached, to -wit:
