- ` 1015/90(ordl)Legal(Ob) <br />ORDINANCE go --24 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN I , <br />FLORIDA ESTABLISHING CHAPTER 105 - <br />PURCHASING AUTHORITY AND BIDDING <br />PROCEDURES; PROVIDING REPEAL; PROVIDING <br />SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE-. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, that: <br />SECT ION _1. <br />PURCHASING. <br />Chapter 105 - Purchasing of Title I as set forth <br />i n-A-ftachmenl l -to th i s ord i nance i s b-e-r-eCs-adapt-e . <br />SECTION 2. <br />REPEAL. <br />Those portions of the Indian River County Code <br />(_1.97_4-ed_i_ti-on,)_superseded or in conflict with the provisions <br />herein adopted, in particular Chapter 1, are hereby <br />repealed, <br />SECTION 3. <br />SEVERABILITY. <br />If any section, or if any sentence, paragraph, <br />phrase, or word of this ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such holding <br />shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance, <br />and it shall be construed to have been the legislative <br />intent to pass the ordinance without such unconstitutional, <br />invalid or inoperative part. <br />SECTION 4. <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon <br />of acceptance from the Secretary of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, on this 20_ <br />day of November _—, 1990. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach <br />Press -Journal on the 17th day of 0c101.Qr__ , 1990, for a <br />SmeadSoft Reprint Date: Monday, August 12, 2013 - 15:25:13 - OfficialDocuments:674, Attachment Id 0, Page 1 <br />
