<br />There is reserved herein a license and easement upon
<br />the above-described property for the maintenance of a
<br />water well and treatment system presently in existence
<br />thereon, said easement and license to run in favor of
<br />all lots and parcels in Orchid Island Subdivision
<br />which are presently being served by water generated
<br />from said system. Said license and easement shall
<br />continue in effect until such time as the lots and
<br />parcels presently being served by said system are
<br />furnished water service by other means.

<br />belonging or .in anywise' appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim what-
